Born in San Diego, California, Rebecca Minkoff's first love was the art of design and she began sewing at the age of eight. Although Rebecca's handbags have been a hit among the stars and women all around the world, she began designing clothing at the age of 18. She launched her clothing line in 2001, but it wasn't until her good friend and actress Jenna Elfman asked her to design a handbag for her next movie that the "Morning After" bag was born. Her clothing line had the details that one would expect in a well-made garment and were cut to move over the body with ease. She took these ideas to her handbag designs which have been spotted on the arms of celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Bijou Phillips, Jessica Simpson, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Debra Messing.

i think this bag is really nice,i bought this bag from amazon sister site endless,and i got it in black.i got it for a really good deal i paid $98 for it , the straps hold up really well even tho they look flimsy, i would not pay the original price for it because because i think its a bit much,but the leather is nice.the studs r very sturdy , and i would recommend it to thoes who r interested

this is a pretty tote but it is not up to Rebecca Minkoff standards in my opinion. The leather is very thin and dry and cracks easily (which isn't fixable). The straps are also too thin/fragile to carry this tote if it is even filled half way up. Way over priced in my opinion. To me, this should be more like $40-$70 for the quality. Disappointed - I usually LOVE her bags :-(
UPDATED 9/2/2012:
Had this bag since March - used it for carrying work out clothes - nothing heavy. One strap already broke and several studs have come off. Also, seam on one of the bottom corners is coming undone - I am very careful with my bags - there is no dirt anywhere on it - even the bottom area. Lowered my stars - even more disappointed in the high cost and poor quality as previously mentioned. All my other Minkoff bags are so much better than this.

Bought for gf and she really loves this bag. It is well built and does not have any issues with threads or buttons/etc falling off. Well constructed and the leather is very nice and real.
